I’m Rhonda DeVaney, founder of DeVaney Solutions LLC. I help small businesses and nonprofits operate with clarity, efficiency, and confidence through executive operations support, workflow optimization, and compliance‑ready documentation.

I bring more than 16 years of experience from Scouting America (formerly the Boy Scouts of America), where I supported national and regional leadership through executive operations, program coordination, organizational systems development, and process improvement. My work included:

Supported executive leadership across a 13-state region
Developed SOPs and operational documentation
Managed executive calendars, meetings, and travel
Coordinated national meetings and large-scale events

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Management, earned Summa Cum Laude (October 2025). Based in Texas and serving clients nationwide, I combine nonprofit operations expertise with executive operations support to help small businesses and nonprofits build organized, efficient, and scalable systems.
